If you’re a mom who struggles with mom guilt and you want to silence your inner critic, I can help.
Or, if you’re a confident mom who wants to focus in on achieving YOUR goals, being a member of the Good Job Mom! Club can get you there easier and faster.
Hi, I’m Lindsey, founder of Good Job Mom! Club and right here… I’m going to outline how you can silence your inner critic – the mom guilt – so you can reach your TRUE goals.
But more importantly, I’m going to show you how to get there with a lot more ease… and at a pace that works for you.
And it’s all because of the 5 part framework I’ve developed for the Good Job Mom! Club.
However, before we get to the details, let’s take a step back.
In order to silence your inner critic – the mom guilt – so you can figure out your ONE THING and reach YOUR goals, you’ve got to understand where you’re working from.
So what is it about a mom who struggles with mom guilt that has you wanting more?
And most importantly, why haven’t you made the progress you know you’re capable of?
Here’s a fact…
Old habits stop people from getting what they want more than anything else. They keep you stuck… and it happens on a subconscious level.
Let’s face it, dealing with being a busy mom can be tough.
But worse are the negative thoughts and doubts that creep in. And if you’ve ever asked yourself, “Why can’t I get rid of the mom guilt?”, it’s ok. That’s totally normal.
To be honest, a lot of successful moms have had these very thoughts.
In fact, so did I. I remember lying awake at night, wondering if I could do it. I wondered if I could get rid of mom guilt. I wondered if I could actually start meeting my goals. I wondered if I could create a way to teach other moms to do the same thing.
Then I realized something.
I could let this become my truth and have it stop me from getting what I want.
Or I could tap into all that energy and time I spend on worrying – and channel it so it gets me closer to my goals.
Because worrying takes a lot of energy, right? You know how worn out it makes you feel!
So the great news is, if you feel this way it’s actually a GOOD thing. You’ve got all the strength you need, you just need to harness it and use it in a better way. And nothing will make you feel better than taking action toward making your goal a reality.
But what actions to take? I’ll share that in just a few moments.
But before I get into it, let’s look at the facts.
Every year, there are people just like you who are successfully learning to silence their inner critic so they can reach the goals that are most important to them. In fact, there are more people today who do this than ever before!
And with all the information, tools and resources out there, it’s never been easier.
Now, I didn’t say it was easy. Remember, old habits aren’t easy to change! But with what’s available to us… right now is the absolute best time to make this happen.
Especially if you’re committed to knowing how to silence your inner critic so you can reach your true goals.
Because more importantly, that will let you have less stress, more time to focus on what you want and you’ll be happier.
How will that feel?
And think about having a community of other moms who are on the same journey as you, all committed to creating less stress, more time to focus on what they want and being happier.
This is the opportunity we have today, and it’s why I’m so passionate about teaching moms how to silence their mom guilt so they can focus on achieving their goals.
This is the reason I created Good Job Mom! Club.
So if you’re surviving each day by the skin of your teeth, and you aren’t sure how to silence the mom guilt, or you’re a confident mom and want to focus in on achieving your goals, Good Job Mom! Club can help.
Let’s take a minute and talk about what’s included in Good Job Mom! Club, and how it will help you silence your inner critic so you can reach your true goals easier and faster.
Good Job Mom! Club was specifically designed for moms. And it’s structured to break down, step by step, how to silence your inner critic so you can reach the goals you value the most.
It shows you what to focus on to make big strides quickly.
It’s broken down into 5 modules, and you get 4-5 emails per month, usually one per week. During that time, I’ll walk you through the process so you know exactly how to silence your inner critic (including the mom guilt!) so you can reach your true goals, without getting sidetracked by all the usual frustrations.
Here’s a quick overview of what you’ll learn in Good Job Mom! Club:
Module 1 is about Meeting Yourself Where You Are so that you can stop being so hard on yourself. You can see all of the zillion things you do every day and realize, it’s no wonder you’re exhausted! Or be proud of the way you’ve cut back on the unimportant things you were doing so you can have more balance in your life. You will look at yourself like your best friend looks at you, and give yourself an honest assessment of where you are now. This is your starting line…and it’s the foundation to realize that each of us have our own starting line.
Module 2 is about learning to Notice Your Inner Critic so that you can figure out how it works. If you have water dripping out from the cabinet under your kitchen sink, you can’t just put a towel there to sop up the water and expect the water leak to stop. You have to figure out what is broken so you can fix it. Same with your inner critic. You will learn how to figure out what is doing so you know how to fix it.
Module 3 is about Silencing Your Inner Critic so that you will no longer be beat up by its negative whispers. Just like the plumber has a box of tools to choose from to fix the sink leak, you will gain new tools to use to silence your inner critic.
Module 4 is about Observing One Way to Improve Yourself. I know, it doesn’t seem possible to identify just ONE THING…but if you’ve been having difficulty figuring out, starting or reaching your goals because you’re too busy, you’re in automatic mode or you’re just too overwhelmed with the hugeness of the goal you most want to reach, you will NOT WANT TO MISS this out of the box approach to figuring out and starting to work toward your goals…so that you can actually reach them.
Module 5 is about Beginning to work toward your one thing! Once you are at this stage, you will notice that your self-confidence has grown, your focus has improved and you will feel more empowered and in control! You will begin taking the baby steps necessary to work toward your ONE THING!
Sprinkled throughout each module, you will also learn about Good Job Mom Moments…your own and other mom’s. In the beginning, it may be hard to celebrate yourself. But in the end, you will be celebrating yourself and celebrating other moms and mom friends and even the random mom in the coffee shop you don’t even know! You will be part of the Good Job Mom Movement to celebrate and encourage any mom you see who is being an awesome mom!
And, perhaps the best part…
…is that you will have access to the Private Good Job Mom! Club Facebook page where you will feel safe to share, safe to seek advice, safe to post your successes and your struggles. It will be a group of moms who will not judge. They will be at the stage exactly where you are or at the stage where you were or the stage where you are going. But at its core, the group of moms will all have in common that they adore their children, are doing what they feel is best for their children and are working toward being even more awesome moms.
Within minutes after you register for the Good Job Mom! Club, you’ll get a Welcome email. In that email you’ll have two simple assignments. (…I’m not going to tell you what they are here…you’ll see when you get them, but here’s a hint…be sure your printer has ink!)
One day later, you’ll get an email for the first Lesson in Module 1! It’ll have a short video (less than five minutes) and a simple assignment that…in total will take you 10-15 minutes or less to complete.
After that, each lesson will be delivered to your email each Monday at the crack of dawn. You’ll have all week to complete it…so don’t feel pressured or overwhelmed! They only require a max of 10-15 minutes per week….because I know you’re super busy already.
For the best results, I anticipate you’ll dedicate 10-15 minutes per week to go through the material and a few minutes here and there to think about what you learned throughout the week. Of course, the time it takes to implement varies depending on your ability and experience.
But the good news is that you’ll have access to the material for life. So you’ll be able to reference them whenever you need, and as many times as you’d like.
And, you’ll be fully supported with the private Good Job Mom! Club Facebook group AND you can email me directly for support. I’ll answer you myself, just as quickly as I can.
The people who get the biggest benefit from Good Job Mom! Club are those that have a can-do attitude, love being challenged and learning new things, and are ready to invest in themselves to make their dreams a reality.
People like me who struggled with a constant inner critic but didn’t give up, figured out how to shut it up and learned a new way to reach my goals…
Or people like my own mom who is a master at setting and achieving goals.
If you once and for all want to silence your inner critic – the mom guilt – so you can reach YOUR goals, the Good Job Mom! Club is for you.
But before we go any further, let’s also take an objective look at Good Job Mom! Club.
Who won’t do well with this material?
It’s not for anyone who just wants to “kind of” check things out.
Getting the results I know you can get takes a commitment to succeed.
Would you want to fly with a pilot who “kind of” knew how to fly? Or would you rather have a pilot who committed to mastering the necessary skills. It sounds like a silly example, but it’s a perfect analogy.
Good Job Mom! Club is for people who are committed to doing what it takes to silence their inner critic so they can reach their true goals. If the intention and right attitude isn’t there, this isn’t the program for you and it’s best not to join.
How else are you supported through this process?
I’ve just added some brand-new extras which are designed to make it even easier for you to get results.
I’m all about helping you silence your inner critic so you can reach your true goals, and I’m determined to make this as simple as possible. I’ve seen where people get stuck, and I’ve developed these bonuses to specifically answer these challenges so you can bust through those roadblocks.
Tons of moms struggle with their kids’ behavior so the FIRST BONUS is called the 6 Steps to Creating Consequences That Work.
Have you ever wondered how to create the best consequences for your child?
In this bonus worksheet + example, I’ll show you step-by-step how it’s done. After this, you’ll immediately be able to create better consequences for the behavior that bugs you the most so that behavior STOPS!
Most likely, you’ve never seen this worksheet and it will be completely new to you, but you may have received it from me before. You may have thought it was a good idea to use, but never actually printed it out and used it. You may have printed it out and hung it on the bathroom mirror to use later.
Whatever the case, print it out and use it!! It works!!!!
This worksheet is available right after you register…the link for it will be in the Welcome email.
So many moms beat themselves up about their houses. They’re not clean enough…not organized enough…not like their mother-in-law’s…
That’s why you’re getting The Good Job Mom! Clutter Reduction Program.
When you get to Module 4 where you’re identifying your ONE THING, you will receive this bonus. It will be included in the first email for Module 4.
If you’re struggling with keeping your house organized and clutter free and you’re downloading every pinterest organizing freebie you find, THIS BONUS will give you the clarity you’re after so you can finally successfully regain control of your house.
You’ll get access to this bonus when you begin Module 4.
Every mom I know loves to save money!!!
So, finally, you’re also going to get a 25% off coupon code to use on ANY of the merchandise at Good Job Mom! Supplies are super limited, so if you want something, order it quickly!! You can buy for yourself, for your mom, for your best mom friend, for your mom group friends…for any mom you know.
The coupon is good for 25% off one entire order…but order wisely, because it’s only good for one order!!! And, if you want to wait and use your coupon for a special day or Christmas or your birthday or whenever…it’ll be good for a year!
Your 25% coupon code will be in your welcome email. (I don’t think I’ve EVER offered 25% off a whole order before!!!)
Why the bonuses?
I included these 3 bonuses with you in mind, so you have extra help above and beyond what’s already in Good Job Mom! Club to help you overcome the biggest challenges we moms face…and save some money!!
All of your bonuses will be in either your Welcome email or your Module 4 email.
Each of these bonuses have been intentionally included to help you silence your inner critic – the mom guilt – so you can reach your TRUE goals easier and faster.
Is there a guarantee?
Speaking of being intentional, I’ve intentionally included a 100% money back guarantee. This specific program is brand new, but as an Occupational Therapist, I’ve helped hundreds of people be successful in attaining their goals and I know it will work for you too.
But I also know there’s lots of “too good to be true”, fly by night promotions online so you want to carefully choose who you learn from.
That’s why I’ve included this guarantee. Try Good Job Mom! Club. If it’s not everything that I say it is and you don’t feel like I’ve delivered, email me and ask for a refund. I’ll refund all of your money.
Why do this now?
By now, you’ve seen that Good Job Mom! Club gets results. And it saves you time.
But you do have alternatives – so let’s look at them.
What would it cost if you were to try and learn this yourself?
For me, it cost YEARS of trial and error, downloading free guides, reading blogs and developing my own system.
If I would have found a program that confidently guided me down a step by step path to successfully silencing my mom guilt – my inner critic – so that I could identify and take baby steps toward reaching my most important goals, I would have saved so much time and stress.
And worse, what would it cost you if you did nothing at all?
If you stayed a stuck mom who struggles with mom guilt? Or a confident mom who can’t gain traction toward identifying and focusing on her one main goal?
There’s another way. And when you add up all the hours you’d spend trying to do it alone through pinterest, Youtube, prayer, positive thinking, online mom forums, and trial and error not to mention the frustration of not getting where you want to be quickly – well, you deserve to take the easiest, fastest route so you can finally silence your inner critic – the mom guilt – so you can reach your true goals.
And the way to get there is Good Job Mom! Club.
How much is it?
Initially I thought about charging $19-$29 per month, because this information and the Private Facebook Group alone will be that valuable to you. Eventually, that is what I will charge.
But, because this program is new and I want as many moms as possible to be able to use it and learn from it, I decided to make the investment only $9 a month!
That’s less than the cost of two extra hot hazelnut lattes a month!!!
To make the progress you want in your life, you’ve got to break your old habits. The way you’re going to do that is by investing in this program.
I’ll walk you through the entire process, step-by-step, so you too can silence your inner critic – the mom guilt – so you can reach your true goals. If you follow what I’ll show you, you will make progress – and that’s why I guarantee it.
The registration period will be closing July 7.
We do this so we can cater to all the new members coming through.
It’s similar to a college class. Once the registration period is complete, everyone begins class together and I make myself available to support you. If it was open all the time, it would get confusing and complicated trying to support people who were going through different parts of the program.
So the deadline to register is July 7, 11:59 MST.
And as you look to make a decision, just know this…
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, out of control…even a little doubtful, sad or lost…struggling with mom guilt…
or you have so many goals you’re unsure how to focus on one so that you can actually reach it,
… this is totally normal.
For most of us, the biggest challenge is trying to manage all this on top of all the other responsibilities we have.
Life is an ongoing competition for your time and attention – and it’s a competition you rarely win.
But it doesn’t have to be that way. By making your goals a priority, and having what you need to make them a reality, you can interrupt the pattern and get where you want to go.
Ask yourself this…
What’s important in your life right now?
What do you want to achieve in the months ahead?
Knowing how to silence your inner critic – the mom guilt – so you can reach your true goals will give you exactly what you’re after – less stress, more time to focus on what’s important to you and more happiness.
How long have you wanted to accomplish this?
And how many times has this goal been pushed to the backburner?
You have an opportunity to do something about that right now. Today.
